Powerful mapping technology

Invicore uses powerful mapping technology to take your eBay, Amazon and/or orders from other Volusion stores and import them directly into your Volusion store. Let's take a closer look at exactly what happens to an order in the Invicore workflow. We will use an Amazon order for example.

• Customer orders from your Amazon store. They buy Product123 and want it shipped standard mail.
• Invicore reaches out to Amazon and retrieves that order. The order is automatically mapped to the same item in your Volusion store.
• Invicore then imports that order directly into your Volusion store. It is assigned a sequencial order number just like any of your normal orders. Invicore even posts a message in the private notes letting you know it's an order from Amazon and will also show the Amazon order number.
• Invicore also has Volusion receive the payment data and deducts the item from active inventory!
• When the item has shipped Invicore will take the shipping status and tracking information and update Amazon. Marking the order as shipped and posting the tracking information!
• If you sell on eBay or have additional Volusion stores, Invicore will them update the inventory status for that item across all your sales channels!
