Q What level Volusion account do I need for Invicore to run?
A Invicore requires API access in order to run. So you must have at least a gold account on Volusion

Q Does Invicore keep my inventory levels accurate on eBay and Amazon?
A The Invicore Gold package will keep your inventory levels accurate on all sales channels

Q Will Invicore list my Volusion items on eBay and Amazon?
A Not at this time. But we are working on a solution that provides this service ASAP

Q Are there any other fees associated with my Invicore account?
A No. We believe that providing quality service and a superior product should never be tainted by hidden fees.

Q Is Invicore difficult to use?
A Once it's setup you will have very little interaction with the Invicore control panel. It simply runs on its own.

Q Do I need to reconfigure my listings?
A Invicore relies on two fields to automap your products. In eBay it's the CUSTOMLABEL fields. In Amazon its the SKU. Although you can map the items manually. We highly recommend you edit these fields and use the Volusion product code for that item.
